NC4H Fundraising Breakfast

The Napier Centre 4 Healing’s last fundraising breakfast for the year was held on 4 December at the Golden Horse Casino in Pietermaritzburg. The event was a great success, with R157,860 raised in pledges! But we’re not ready to open our doors just yet.
The vibrant fundraiser was attended by close to 100 guests, consisting of His Eminence Cardinal Wilfred Napier OFM, members of the Catholic community and surrounding Parishes, business owners, members of the public, NPO representatives and of course the Napier Centre 4 Healing team.
The event kicked off with a delicious buffet breakfast, followed by a welcoming address by event MC, Rev Deacon Mark Wardell of Parish of Our Lady of Lourdes in Westville, Durban. Cardinal Wilfred Napier OFM then gave his opening address, followed by a presentation on the Napier Centre 4 Healing by Fr Stephen Tully (NC4H Director) and Mark Fynn (NC4H Co-Fundraiser).

If you are still in a position to make a once-off donation to the centre or, alternatively, fund a resident on a monthly basis of R10 000 p/m – we would sincerely appreciate your support during this charitable festive season. Your donation is a step toward healing our communities and actively responding to the street drug crisis in Durban, which effects us all.
If you would like the NC4H to make a visit to your Parish please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Director Stephen Tully at director@napiercentre.org.
Thank you to all those who joined us for breakfast. Check out the gallery below. Happy holidays and many blessings! Images by Robyn Perros.
